Welcome New Students to BMIHMS!
We as the new SRC Team for Term 3 would like to give all new students and all returning from placement the warmest welcome to Blue Mountains! We expect a term full of adrenaline pumping events, a lot of learning, new friends, lots of good food, bush walks and much more. We are all here to support you and make sure that you feel comfortable while studying here at the mountains! Our team is full of fun, crazy and enthusiastic people whom are always available to talk too, so do feel free to give us a shoutout!!

Letter from your President, Poppy…
WELCOME TO BMIHMS!
G’day everyone! My name is Poppy Stamatellis and I am your Student Representative Council President this term. Whether you’re a new student or a returning student, my fellow SRC members and myself would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all to the BMIHMS Leura Campus for the coming term.
Throughout the term we have a range of exciting events and activities planned and we hope to get everyone involved! Use these events as an opportunity to meet new friends and hopefully learn something new about another culture.
If you have any suggestions or things you would like to see around campus please get into contact with us in person or via the SRC email account: src.leura@bluemountains.edu.au. (You’ll most likely find me in the library or any of the F&B outlets.)

Hi Everyone! My name is Darshika De Silva, SRC Marketing Director; I welcome all new and returning students to the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School. O-WEEK JULY INTAKE
Once again a huge warm welcome to the new students to the Blue Mountains Hotel School family! We really hope that you all had a great time during the O-week and that you make the most out of your experience here at the Leura campus. We were all thrilled to see that you enjoyed the activities that we had organised for you! Especially the Wildlife show where students got to hold reptiles, a possum, a owl…that was exciting! And not to mention the African Drumming and Wine tasting session!
