蓝山与都市餐饮承办商集团合作！

　　蓝山国际酒店管理学院（Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School）与都市餐饮承办商集团（Urban Purveyor Group）共同合作，帮助酒店管理专业学生在集团旗下餐厅提升自身技能。

　　都市餐饮承办商集团与蓝山酒店管理学院和纽约康奈尔大学（Cornell University）均建立了合作伙伴关系。这将会为蓝山学生提供吸取澳洲餐厅行业经验的机会。

　　都市餐饮承办商集团也将会为那些完成学业后想要重返澳洲的学生提供就业和赞助的机会。

　　这种合作伙伴关系将会为学生提供从低端到高端等各种类型餐厅企业工作的机会，而职位更是从前厅职员、主管到管理层不等。学生也将接触到集团的餐厅，包括Ananas Bar and Brasserie餐厅、The Argyle餐厅、The Cut Bar and Grill餐厅、Sake Restaurant and Bar餐厅、Bavarian Bier Café餐厅、Munich Brauhaus餐厅、Lowenbrau Keller餐厅和Swine and Co餐厅。

　　都市餐饮承办商集团创始人和CEO John Szangolies表示：“我们与蓝山和康奈尔大学的合作伙伴关系将会使我们接触到当地和国际上的一些杰出人才。作为企业我们将这些伙伴关系视为一种吸引人才的关键途径，我们能够培训并培养他们，与此同时不管增长我们自己的业务。”

　　都市餐饮承办商集团近期公布了另一项合作伙伴关系——澳洲Make-A-Wish慈善机构，在圣诞节期间，集团会从每份特选菜肴价格中抽出2美金用作慈善。

BMIHMS Partners with The Urban Purveyor Group

BMIHMS and Urban Purveyor Group Partnership

Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and The Urban Purveyor Group has partnered with the goal of helping hospitality students upskill at the group’s network of restaurants.
The Urban Purveyor Group partnered with the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS), as well as Cornell University in New York. This will provide BMIHMS students with the opportunity to draw experience from the Australian restaurant scene.

The Urban Purveyor Group will also aim to provide employment and sponsorship opportunities to students wanting to return to Australia after completing their studies.

The partnerships will provide students with the chance to work across a range of restaurant business types from premium to casual venues, with job roles ranging from front of house to supervisory and management positions. Students will also have access to the restaurant group’s venues, including Ananas Bar and Brasserie, The Argyle, The Cut Bar and Grill, Sake Restaurant and Bar, the Bavarian Bier Café, Munich Brauhaus. Lowenbrau Keller and Swine and Co.

Founder and CEO of the Urban Purveyor Group, John Szangolies, said “These relationships with both BMIHMS and Cornell University provide the Urban Purveyor Group with access to some outstanding talent both locally and internationally. As a company we see these partnerships as a critical way to attract the very best of talent to our organisation that we can train and develop whilst we continue to grow our portfolio of businesses.”

The Urban Purveyor Group recently announced another partnership – this time with Make-A-Wish Australia, which over the Christmas period will see the group donate $2 from selected dishes to the charity.
