For the 13th consecutive year, the Worldwide Hospitality Awards are promoting the leading initiatives of the hospitality industry around the world. For this year’s Hospitality Awards, Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School has entered two categories, ‘Best Professional Success’ and ‘Best Educational Innovation’.
全球酒店奖（Worldwide Hospitality Awards）连续第13年，嘉奖世界各地酒店行业的领先举措。蓝山国际酒店管理学院入围今年酒店奖的两大奖项，“最佳专业成功奖”（Best Professional Success）和“最佳教育创新奖”（Best Educational Innovation）。
Ben Lancken graduated from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School (BMIHMS) in 2008 after three years of study and industry placement. Ben gained three qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management and a Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management.
Ben Lancken经过三年的学习和行业实习后于2008年毕业于蓝山国际酒店管理学院。Ben获得了三种资格：国际酒店与旅游管理商务学位（Bachelor of Commerce in International Hospitality and Tourism Management）、酒店管理高级文凭（Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management）和酒店管理瑞士文凭（Swiss Diploma in Hotel Management）。
On graduation, the well-known Australian group, Toga Hotels recruited Ben. Impressed with his performance during Industry Placement and his work during his 4-year career with them, he is now the General Manager of the Travelodge Southbank and our nominee for ‘Best Professional Success’.
Ben一毕业，著名澳大利亚集团Toga酒店就为他提供了工作。由于Ben在行业实习期间的优秀表现以及4年兢兢业业的工作表现，如今他已成为旅行者之家南岸酒店（Travelodge Southbank）的总经理，以及“最佳专业成功奖”提名者。
BMIHMS has invested more than $1 million to implement an ambitious innovation plan around teaching and learning improvements: Teaching and Learning Technology Support Program (TLTSP). The objective is to ensure that BMIHMS is embracing leading technology in teaching and learning to maximise the learning outcomes for students. It also ensures our graduates are familiar with all major forms of technology-based communications that the hospitality industry requires. The School has entered the category of ‘Best Educational Innovation’ based on our investment and commitment to innovation.
